Liquidation rate and fee each tell you part of the story. Net-back is the money left after the agency's fee and the costs you carry, as a share of what you placed.
Put up to 4 agencies side by side. You'll see which one nets the most, and what liquidation each of the others would need to catch up.

$90,000Agency C keeps the most per $1,000,000 placed
Worked example below: 4 agencies, $1,000,000 placed with each.
Compare up to 4 agencies on what you keep after fees and other costs. Results appear for each agency once dollars placed, liquidation and fee are filled in. Nothing you type leaves your browser unless you choose to send it.

In illustrative math, 6 points of contingency fee are worth about 0.88 points of liquidation, so an agency 6 points cheaper that liquidates 1 point less costs you money. That exchange rate shifts with your own liquidation and fee levels. Compare agencies on the same placement months, a similar mix of accounts, the same time window and gross collections before fees.
The same 5 steps run for every agency you enter. Percentages go in as whole numbers, so 11 means 11%.

Agency C nets the most, with net-back of 9.00% of dollars placed ($90,000).
Agency A has the lowest fee and still comes second. Its 19% rate saves $9,100 against Agency C, but collecting 1 point less costs it $10,000 in cash, so A would need 11.11% liquidation to draw level.

Net-back is the money you keep from a placement after the agency's contingency fee and any other costs you pay, such as legal fees or your own oversight time. Divide it by dollars placed and you can compare agencies of different sizes on one scale.
A lower fee only helps if liquidation holds up. In the worked example, Agency A charges 19% against Agency C's 25% but collects 1 point less, so Agency C still returns $900 more on every $1,000,000 placed.
Setup fees, legal and court costs you pay, and your team's time overseeing the agency: audits, complaint reviews and reconciliations. Leave the field blank if there are none.
Compare agencies on the same placement months, a similar mix of accounts, the same time window and gross collections before fees. A head-to-head on mismatched placements tells you about the accounts, and very little about the agencies.
