Why TSI: more of what you're owed, collected in a way you can defend

TSI (Transworld Systems Inc.) has helped businesses get paid since 1970. We collect past-due accounts, get denied claims paid, service loans and answer customer calls, and every contact is on the record.
Performance at Scale. Digital‑First. Compliance‑Led.

What sets TSI apart

We start with the accounts most likely to pay

CollectX scores every account every day on 2 questions: will this person pay, and can we reach them? Agents work the top of the list first, and accounts with bad contact data get set aside before anyone dials.

CollectX

Rescores every account daily on likelihood to pay and likelihood to answer.

MENSA

Uses machine learning to pick text, email, a call or a letter for each account.

How the work gets done

Text and email first, calls when they help

MENSA sends each account to the channel it’s most likely to answer: text, email, IVR or an agent. Digital payments cost less to collect, which matters most on small balances.

Paying by text link, pay page or chat

Customers can pay from a link in a text, on our pay page or through an automated chat agent. That frees our agents for the conversations that need a person, and keeps the cost of collecting small balances low.

Every TSI service runs on one compliance management system, overseen by a Risk Committee of the Board. It covers licensing, agent training, audits, client audits, and how we handle complaints and disputes.

TSI is licensed or registered in every state that requires it and authorized to collect in all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico (NMLS ID 950422).

TSI reaches people by text, email, web chat, phone and mail, and starts with digital channels because more people answer them.

Every complaint gets a root-cause review, and Ripple scores every call for compliance.

Our cybersecurity program is built on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 and led by a CISO, with a 24/7 security operations center, endpoint isolation, centralized logging, disaster recovery plans and regular penetration tests.

Independent auditors issue our SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II attestation reports and our PCI DSS 4.0 Service Provider Level 1 attestation.

Clients judge us on what we collect and how few complaints it creates. Our complaint-free contact rate is 99.997%. Read what clients say in their own words on our testimonials page.
