TSI’s Tracy Spears Talks Cash Flow Obstacles with Sandy Simpson of Associated Anesthesiologists Inc.

TSI knows cash flow. On Wednesday, TSI speaker Tracy Spears discussed in a webinar the four most common cash-flow obstacles healthcare organizations face today. Spears was joined by Associated Anesthesiologists Inc. manager and industry veteran, Sandy Simpson. Simpson and Spears discussed different situations in which they have encountered and overcome common cash-flow obstacles such as A/R resources inefficiencies and ICD 10 delays, and how healthcare practices can apply these same principles to cash-flow problems today and win.

Spears and Simpson laid out four common cash-flow roadblocks, the usual ‘landscapes’ surrounding the situations, and the various steps healthcare professionals can take to overcome these obstacles and collect the payments needed to keep their practices healthy. A common theme to these many solutions was efficiency—efficiency in staffing, in communications, and in strategy.
